Vaso Con Faunus is a design that has been used for centuries by our Impruneta pottery. It dates from the Renaissance era, where their love of mythological imagery was used widely in all their artworks. This type of design is often seen around the old villas and gardens in Italy. Named by us to distinguish it form the Mascherone Vase, it depicts the Roman god of fields and forests and is the equivalent of the Greek god, Pan.
