Delivery within the UK
Delivery to mainland UK is a flat rate of £65 per order, however many pots you buy.

We deliver your pots ourselves across England, and to Wales for orders of two or more pots, and can place them exactly where you want them in your garden. This is especially helpful for our larger, heavier pots. Single-pot orders to Wales and all orders to mainland Scotland are made by pallet delivery.

Pallet deliveries are dropped at the kerbside, so you’ll need to arrange moving the pot into position and disposing of the pallet.

Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and international
We quote for these deliveries individually so we can give you the best rate. Please email info@vasotoscano.com with your postcode or country.

Delivery times
UK deliveries usually take 2 to 3 weeks from order confirmation. International deliveries usually take 4 to 6 weeks. We’ll keep you updated throughout.

What’s included
Every pot suitable for planting comes with three terracotta risers and a planting membrane. Oil jars, Coppa styles and wall plaques do not include risers.

Frost
Our pots tolerate temperatures down to -20°C, provided they are not waterlogged and sit on the terracotta risers supplied. See Planting and Care for more.

Returns
You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, clean, dry and in their original condition. We can’t accept returns of items that have been planted in or show signs of use. Bespoke and custom-made items can’t be returned unless faulty.

If you change your mind, you pay the return costs. For large pots, we can collect them for you for a fee. Please contact us for a price.

Damaged or faulty items
Please check your order on delivery. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item, the packaging and the delivery label. We will replace the item or give you a full refund.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected a return, we’ll refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. The original delivery charge is non-refundable unless the item was faulty or we made an error.
