A beautiful new introduction, the Cassetta Viareggio, is a handmade terracotta trough from Sienna. Inspired by the elegant proportions of the coastal Tuscan gardens, the Cassetta Viareggio is a generous sized trough, with a roll top rim and elegant line relief running around the bottom third of the pot.
At 90cm long and 40cm high, its built to anchor a stairway or wall, frame a doorway or even on its own, to give a balcony or terrace a planter big enough to create a seasonal display. This large, terracotta trough is a striking statement piece for the garden.
Our terracotta pots are handmade in Tuscany with Galestro clay, using centuries old techniques. Each piece is fired to over 1000 degrees and along with the quality of the Galestro clay, this makes the terracotta strong, frost proof and a beautiful soft, terracotta colour.
The Cassetta Viareggio pairs so well with topiary, hedging and colourful seasonal displays. All our pots are supplied with terracotta risers to sit on.
